- For information about purchasing airline tickets, renting a car, lodging, or making other arrangements for work-related travel, the best place to start is the Travel website.
- Employees traveling on university-related business should take full advantage of the UC system-wide ConnexUC travel program. ConnexUC offers all of the same pricing found on popular travel sites, plus exclusive UC negotiated discounts that take advantage of the buying power of the combined UC system (with some minor exceptions).

- The Sustainable Travel Guide offers instructions for how to book your air travel by selecting flights with the lowest CO2 emissions. When booking rental cars through ConnexUC, you can get access to all-electric or hybrid vehicles at participating locations that will meet UC Travel policy guidelines for reimbursement.
