- Faculty Leadership Academy (a semester-long program to prepare faculty for future leadership roles)
- People & Culture's "Development for Leaders" programming, including executive coaching
- A set of campus or online professional development resources for faculty and leaders, curated by the Office of Faculty Equity & Welfare
New chairs and deans seminar series
All new deans, associate deans, and chairs are offered a yearlong series of seminars introducing them to key information and skills they will need. It is highly recommended to attend all of these!
