(Please note that sections 2 and 4 from the 2015 Report are not repeated in this 2016 update. Section 2 provided information about policies and practices concerning salary, their historical evolution, and Berkeley’s changing conceptions of salary equity. Section 4 provided a discussion of factors that might explain the Report’s findings, including rank, implicit associations, citation rates, social and psychosocial factors, and external factors such as market conditions.)
